This was an award ceremony where those who went above and beyond the call of duty to help residents during the pandemic from the British Bangladeshi Society were recognised for their hard work.

It was an honour to be able to thank these selfless individuals especially as one of them was my predecessor as Mayor Cllr Humayun Kabir.
